Lee had a very professional and knowledgeable manner and also managed to put me at ease. I felt very secure in giving him my property to sell. His proposal laid everything out to assist me in my future planning by knowing what my total costs would amount to. His local market experience gave me confidence in his ability to promote my property in a way that suited me. Not needing to pay for advertising costs at all, especially up front, appealed to me too. I was very impressed with his internet ad and obviously it worked as he had a contact for me in two days.
